A couple of weekends ago, I had the privilege to work on the flowers and reception set up for Doug and Kendra. I've known Kendra for years and was very thankful to hear how this couple came together!
Kendra selected a timeless look for this outdoor reception by using all white flowers with touches of green. In Illinois, you just never know what the weather is going to be like and they had a WARM weekend for their wedding. The following are a few pictures from the reception.
Kendra's bouquet of 'Blizzard' Roses, Star of Bethlehem, Mini Callas, Lisianthus, green Hydrangeas and Waxflower
Reception tables held either a collection of candles or bunches of flowers in square vases
Tall arrangements for the food tables
And finally, here is a closer picture of a new favorite flower- the Star of Bethlehem. It has an unusual scent, an unique look and is quite long lasting.
Congratulations Doug and Kendra!
